Anette De La Rosa (BIO)

Anette De La Rosa is an IFBB Bikini Pro, Health & Fitness Online Coach, and a Certified Personal Trainer. She believes fitness to be the root of self-love, which, in turn, enhances every other area of one’s life. Her fitness career is dedicated to empowering women as she specializes in the female body and lifestyle transformations through her online programs.

She was born in Mexico & moved to the United States at a young age. Upon graduating high school, she pursued a career in Hotel Management in Montreal, Canada and worked in the Hotel & Restaurant industry for 3 years before pursuing her true passion: health & fitness. Her fitness career began to take off after she won her IFBB Pro Card at the Canadian Nationals in 2014.

She currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona where she trains out of Pro Physiques alongside some of the world’s top IFBB female athletes. Her next competition will be at the end of 2017 with her goal to qualify and compete on the Olympia stage in 2018.

Contest History

Anette’s competition career began in Vancouver, BC. She competed as an Amateur at two regional shows, in November 2012 and November 2013, before qualifying for the BC Provincials in 2014. She won the BC Provincials and a week later won her Pro Card at the Canadian Nationals in Edmonton.

As a pro, Anette has competed in two shows, placing in the top nine at her first Pro Show, the Dennis James Classic, and then a seventh place finish at the Vancouver Pro Show in 2015.

Her plans are to compete again at the end of this year in October 2017.
