Patrick MacInnis (BIO)

Patrick is a Men’s Physique Pro from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Patrick won his first show at the California Natural Muscle Mayhem, winning the overall title and becoming Pro in July of 2016. In October of 2016 he competed at this first Pro Show Placing 6th at the Washington State Natural. Prior to this, he competed in 2 Powerlifting meets, winning the Eastern Canadian Championships in 2015 with a combined of four Provincial Records taking Gold in both meets.

Patrick grew up with a love for sports and fitness his entire life, having a black belt in Tae Kwon Do at the age of 14 and instructing at age 13. Patrick played high school and university football, where he won Rookie of Year. He then continued on with his passion for fitness, studying his BSc. Kinesiology. Now, a full-time Online Coach living in Kelowna, BC, he prepares for the World Championships in 2018.

Patrick’s passion for fitness, science, and helping others led him to become a Personal Trainer at the Canada Games Centre before moving to Kelowna where he started online coaching full time. Being able to have an impact on others is the fire that helps Patrick stay motivated as he strives to become the best he can be, for himself and for his clients.

  • 2016 Mike Laroche Open: 1st & 93kg Men’s Open Squat & Total Provincial Record
  • 2016 Natural California Muscle Mayhem: 1st Overall & Pro Card Winner
  • 2016 Washington State Naturals Pro: 6th
