Priscilla Tavares (BIO)

Priscilla Tavares is a 21 year old advertising student, online coach, fitness model, and bikini competitor. The most important thing to Priscilla is to be an inspiration to others through daily displays of integrity and humility in all that she does. She strives to be a reflection of a healthy lifestyle and prove that life comes down to what you make it to be. One of her favourite quotes is by Jim Rohn, which reminds us, “If you don’t like where you are, move. You are not a tree”. Priscilla was constantly involved in athletics as a kid growing up, doing a little bit of every sport competitively and simply for the love of being active. However, none of those sports really struck her as a passion. Thankfully, through the right influential people, she discovered that she had a deep and true passion for weightlifting and fitness in 2014. By 2015 it had become the centrepiece of her life and her number one passion. Priscilla’s ultimate fitness goal and dream is to earn the right to call herself an IFBB Pro Bikini Model before she turns 23. Her favourite things to do in her spare time include participating in outdoor activities, riding her motorcycle, and giving her dog Maggie an abundance of love and attention.

Smith Machine Shoulder Press (Behind Head): 5 sets, 8-10 reps

Standing Dumbbell Lateral Raise superset with Front Raise: 5 sets, 10-12 reps

Upright Barbell Row: 4 sets, 8-10 reps

Reverse Cable Flies: 5 sets, 12 reps

Cable Oblique Twists: 4 sets per side, 12 reps

Weighted Hanging Leg Raise: 5 sets, 10-12 reps

Kneeling Cable Ab Crunches: 4 sets, 15 reps

Dumbbell Russian Twists: 3 sets of 30

Vacuums (Hold Breath): 4 sets until failure
