Stephanie Hammermeister (BIO)

Stephanie Hammermeister grew up with a passion for sports. Having success at a collegiate level, she learned the ins & outs of proper form, ways of training, and methods for applying nutrition to coincide with physical fitness. As her passion for fitness grew stronger, she decided to pursue a career in the bodybuilding industry and competed in her first figure competition in April of 2015. Since then, Stephanie attained her IFBB Figure Pro card and received two Figure Mr. Olympia invitations. She’s currently prepping for this years Mr. Olympia 2017. Following her first figure competition, her love for the industry and passion for helping others to achieve their fitness goals, flourished. Stephanie decided to take her experience and obtain a PT Certification through the ISSA. In late 2015, she started her own fitness business and is currently coaching lifestyle and competition-prep clients while working with different charities to give back to the community.

  • April 11th, 2015 – Muscle Contest- Jon Lindsay’s Grand Prix Los Angeles: Overall & Nationally qualified
  • August 15th, 2015 – Muscle Contest- Pacific USA’s: Overall & Nationally Qualified
  • November 21st, 2015 – NPC Miami National Championship: 2nd Place Figure Class E. Received Pro Status
  • March 26th, 2016 – Governor’s Cup- Spectrum Fitness Productions: Pro Debut, 2nd
  • May 21st, 2016 – New York Pro: 16th
  • June 25th, 2016 – Greater Gulf States: 1st & 2016 Olympia Qualified
  • September 16-17th 2016 – Joe Weider’s- Mr. Olympia: 11th
  • October 1st, 2016 – Muscle Contest- John Lindsay’s Border States: 1st & 2017 Olympia Qualified
