Stephanie’s workout includes:

– DB Warmup (Side, Front, Rear)
– DB Shoulder Press: 4 x 12
– Seated DB Laterals: 4 x 12
– Bent-Over Rows (45 degrees): 4 x 12
– Arnold Press: 4 x 12
– Cables Raises (Up/Center/Down – Down/Center/Up): 4 x 12
