      PHARMAFREAK.COM ships via Postal service and some restrictions may apply based on delivery location.  Tracking information will be provide once order ships, delivery ETA is not guaranteed. 

      Due to the current Covid-19 emergency please expect delivery delays and possible temporary non-delivery to some Countries due to restriction.  At this time due to restrictions we are unable to deliver to Nigeria and UAE.

      For INTERNATIONAL orders, please email your name, address and desired order to info@pharmafreak.com and our customer service team will review and get back to you.

      Cost

      All orders under $100 (before tax) will include a $20 flat rate for shipping in Canada and $30 Flat rate for shipping on USA. All orders over $100 (before tax) Shipping in Canada or USA will include free shipping.

      RETURN POLICY

      PHARMAFREAK offers some of the most potent and effective sports supplements anywhere. PHARMAFREAK is a dedicated industry leader in researching, developing and creating the world’s strongest supplements – made with premium, clinically-validated ingredients and the highest level GMP quality control standards. If you are not 100% satisfied with your PHARMAFREAK product, you can return it and get a full credit or exchange the item for another (product must still be a minimum 75% full).

      You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
      Any product you return must be in the original packaging. 
      To return your product(s) please do the following:
      1. Send an email to info@pharmafreak.com with the products you want to return, the reason for the return and your original order number.
      2. Please prepare the items by putting them in a shipping box and sealing it.
      3. Please email info@pharmafreak.com  to request further instructions including where to send the products back to.
      *Please note that this policy applies only to those who have purchased a PHARMAFREAK product online from the PHARMAFREAK website. All other returns must be brought back to the retailer you purchased it from.
