I have still not received the shipment. Apparently it has been stuck in transit since December 5th which was 15 days ago

It is unfortunate that I haven't been exercising regularly lately due to the cold weather. But I am sure the supplements work if I put in the works. I ordered a second bottle recently from the black Friday discount. I like supplements that have many ingredients that will work synergistically and contain natural ingredients. This is my favorite part, it is much easier to take daily. I take 6 capsules after my lunch. Other supplements I tried require you take twice a day, but I can easily forget to take the other dose. Or take them half an hour before working out. But sometimes I don't make it to the gym in half an hour. I am going to stick with pharma freak. Thanks guys!
