Shipping Policy
FREE Shipping on orders over $100! (some countries excluded)
Lead Time is 3-5 business days from time order is placed to order shipping.
PLEASE NOTE that due to high volume of orders received during Holiday and Sale period we kindly ask that you give us 7-10 business days to process and ship your order. We do take every effort to minimise this increase but if it happens, We promise it will be worth the wait!
Locations
PHARMAFREAK.COM ships via Postal service and some restrictions may apply based on delivery location. Tracking information will be provided once order ships, delivery ETA is not guaranteed.
Cost
All orders under $100 CAD (before tax) will include a $9.99 CAD flat rate for shipping in Canada or USA. All orders over $100 CAD (before tax) Shipping in Canada or USA will include free shipping.
All orders outside USA or Canada have shipping fees between $39.99 - $99.99 depending on country shipped to.
Please note that only shipping costs (as outlined above) are covered. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of Canada. The responsibility is up to the customer/receiver to check and see if their country allows the shipment of products ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to the order are also customer/receiver responsibility.

Return policy
PHARMAFREAK® products can be returned within 15 days of delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was delivered within the last 15 days.
- The product is unopened and in its original packaging.
- Apparel must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from pharmafreak.com.
Please note we are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.
All PHARMAFREAK® Sample packets are final sale.
PHARMAFREAK® shaker cups purchased on our website are final sale.
PHARMAFREAK® Items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded, these are finale sale. Only regular price items will be refunded.
We recognise stuff happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. Please provide photos of the damaged shipping package if applicable as well as the damaged product.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return or refund.
Shipping Internationally
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of Canada. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund (minus shipping) unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly, and the customer could be subject to being put on the no-sell list.
